Environmental protection measures

• 0 use of unrecyclable plastics in product packaging
• Use more renewable raw materials in products
• Implement measures to reduce environmental impact, including waste testing, recycling, and hazardous waste disposal
• Implement energy conservation measures in order to reduce consumption of water, electricity, gas, coal, etc.
• Utilizing solar power，hydro power, wind power, and other renewable energies
• Promoting intelligent production management systems to avoid unexpected air transportation
• Collect second-hand clothing and implement measures such as donating to children or providing rental options to extend the product life cycle
• Promoting the use of new-energy transportation vehicles fueled by electricity, liquefied natural gas, hydrogen, etc.

Social Responsibility

• Utilize ergonomic technologies to prevent mechanical fatigue, occupational injuries and diseases
• Establish and implement codes of business ethics to fight against bribery and corruption
• Develop and expand the Love Fund for employee care, donations and community charitable activity
• Promote the corporate culture of Evergreen , implement humanistic care, and realize the company’s vision
• Implement traceability requirements for raw materials, products and suppliers via traceability label
• All new suppliers are required to meet entry criteria, including qualifications and certifications
• Conduct a social audit for new factories and categorize as A, B or C; C-class factories will be a better score after 6 months
• Zero-tolerance violations (ZTV) of the code of social conduct, including the use of child labor, corporal punishment, etc.
