In order to better control product risks and improve product quality, the group has established a professional laboratory, where professional testers test the performance of products from fabrics to finished garments. At present, the laboratory has been recognized by multiple clients such as PRIMARK, CASTRO, and INTERSPORT.
The sample can be tested after being humidified in a constant temperature and humidity chamber. The testing items include pH value, rate of change in garment size, appearance after washing, fabric shrinkage, skewness, color fastness to soap washing, color fastness to water stains, color fastness to sweat stains, color fastness to friction, color fastness to chlorine bleaching, color fastness to non chlorine bleaching, resistance to pilling and pilling, breaking strength, and seam strength.
